24 Hours: Chicago & Dallas

admin

This past week I went on a 24 hour whirlwind trip to see a few of our great clients in Chicago and Dallas.  My day started hopping on a very early flight to the windy city!

I arrived at O’Hare and went straight to see the incredible team of our long time client Wright Auctions.  They have one of the most beautiful show rooms in America so getting to stop by their West Hubbard Street location is always a treat. To say that Wright has had a busy and successful fall season would be a huge understatement. From the immpecable Le Corbusier & Jeanneret sale, to their amazing Scandinavian Design offering Fall 2016, it has been a banner season for Wright Auctions!  Maxx Mail is privilileged to deliver their stunning catalogs showcasing all their incredible furniture and design pieces.

Following my visit to Wright, I jumped right back to O’hare to head south to the Lone Star state, Dallas, to spend some quality time with our wonderful friends at Heritage Auctions.  Just a quick glance at the forthcoming Heritage Auction schedule is enough to make any comic book, coin collector and movie poster buff glow in delight!  The vintage movie poster catalog (which I had chance to look at and review closely  (2015 November 21-22 Vintage Movie Posters) had countless pieces that are truly remarkable such as the original James Bond 007, classic Westerns, and of course a favorite of mine, Star Wars.   This is just one of many incredible auctions on the schedule.

Not to mention, with the Modern and Contemporary prints sale starting tomorrow, November 14th,  followed by the Comics and Comic Art Auction on November 19th, our friends at Heritage are certainly keeping the entire Maxx Mail team very busy.

After Dallas, it was back to NYC.  What a thrilling 24 hours, in two notable cities, visiting two amazing clients!  Now back to work to ship those catalogs, process invitations, and send out your mail in no time.
